Supplier Quick Scan |
Supplier will be scanned by using a Quick Scan Questionnaire. The Quick Scan will be conducted by questionnaire, telephone interview or field visit. |
Supplier Round Table Meeting |
Arrangement of a selected number of Suppliers to have a face-to-face meeting with the customer, at the office of Unisource in China. Unisource will prepare the agenda of the meeting, together after discussion with Customer. |
Rapid Plant Assessment |
A visit to the supplier's facility/plant, the following agenda may be included: Supplier presentation, Unisource's introduction, Questions & Answers and a factory tour. The visit can be done by a Specialist of Unisource or in accompany with the Customer. After the visit, the supplier will be rated by on a Rapid Plant Assessment Questionnaire. |
Supplier Audit |
This can be a full Supplier on-site audit, conducted by qualified Quality Engineer, that may include the following elements:
- Quality System audit
- Business assessment
- Manufacturing assessment
- Continuous Improvement assessment
- Technology assessment
- Industrial Safety Assessment;
- Environment Management
