Manufacturing Process Control

Verify if Suppliers control all manufacturing processes in accordance with the Control Plan, which is approved during Product Qualification by Customer.

Lot Control

Control if the quality of a production Lot conforms the requirements. A lot consists of product of one part number and revision that are made at the same time, under the same processing conditions, from the same lot of raw materials. This could be part of the ship-to-use program.

Drawing Change Control

Check/control if suppliers have systems in place to control changes to drawings, specifications, processes, or produced product. Systems should be capable of handling changes being requested by the customer, and also changes requested by the Supplier.

Corrective Action

Monitor and verify the corrective action progress, on the request of Customer. Suppliers/Customers are recommended to use a documented closed-loop corrective action system whenever a processing problem is encountered in their manufacturing facility, or after the product has been shipped to the customers.
