Part Quality Plan

Assisting and coordinating the making of the Industrialization plan that describes the timing, deliverables, process steps and responsibility of the parties (Customer, Supplier, Unisource) in order to realize the successful introduction of a new part.

First Article Check List

For each new or changed material, part, or assembly, Customers (QA Department) shall be requested to prepare a First Article Inspection Checklist. This checklist identifies the requirements that must be completed for qualification of the material, part, or assembly for volume production.

Control Plan

Check, monitor and verify if a Control Plan is in place in Supplier and if the Plan is carried out. Assisting customers and suppliers to set-up such plan. The Control Plan is a detailed description of the Supplier's proposed processing steps required to produce the part, and the controls that are put into place to control the quality at each step. Customers are recommended to have Supplier developing a Control Plan Template for each part, or equivalent before the volume production started.

Pilot Fabrication

Validate and verify Pilot Fabrication. The Pilot Fabrication is a Supplier-produced production run of material for material qualification. The required quantity shall be specified in the Purchase Order of customer.

First Article Inspection

Inspect the select representative material, parts, or assemblies from the Pilot Fabrication run for First Article Inspection.
