1. Please take the following steps to return your products:
2. Fill in the Return Authorization Request form
3. Submit (by E-mail or fax) to us.
4. Wait for a Return Authorization Number. We will handle your request immediately.
5. Send the RMA goods, within 7 days to us, with the following enclosed: the Return Authorization number, Return Authorization Request form .

Please notice:

1. Unisource International will not accept any return goods without a return authorization number issued by us.
2. We will only accept return when the goods are within the warranty period and under the warranty terms.
3. The customer is responsible for the freight charge of return goods while Unisource International is responsible for the freight charge on RMA replacement.
